María Fernanda provides expert tax advice in local and international tax matters. She also has expertise in competition and antitrust law, as well as in trade issues involving cross-border transactions.
María Fernanda forms part of the Firm’s Tax Division and is a member of the IFA and the IEDT. Her previous positions include Competition Law Consultant for the World Bank, Tax Attorney at the Internal Revenue Service, and Legal Advisor at the Foreign Trade Undersecretariat.
